400ex Front Brakes Real Tight

I replaced the front pads on my daughter 99 400ex. The left side went well with just a little tension of the outside pad touching the rotor, but the right side wheel will barely turn because the rotor is pressing so tight on the outside pad. The inside pad where the caliper is has clearance and passes the rotor just fine but the outside pad is real snug against the rotor and wont give any clearance. Will it just need to wear some or is this sometime normal?

Also does any one know where to get a seat cover and graphics kit like the one in the pic?

The calipers should slide back and forth on pins as the pads wear. Sounds like your your caliper has seized up on the pins. The graphics and seat cover in the pic is an old One Industries kit. Ebay would most likely be the only place to find it.
