Since my POS truck is way too old to trust going to New Hampshire, I got a hitch for my Toyota Yaris. Here aare a few pics. of the Yaris trailer and wheeler

You can laugh all you want but I'm getting better than 30 mpg with this set up...

My old rust-bucket of an '01 Chevy Z-71 extended cab and a 2-place, tilt bed sled trailer..... Both still serve me well though....

I just throw them in the bed of the pickup. you can fit 3 in there if you do it right.

Not sure about your trike, but some have parts that can easily fly off like, seats, side covers etc.

Best to not have to backtrack staring at the side of the road to find them.

Looks like a pretty stable ride.
Does it behave when you hit the brakes?

2place snowmobile trailor behind my jeep in the past. Now I got a dodge maxiwagon so I can haul the trikes inside and not have a trailor

Otherwise I use a 3/4 ton Ford van.

It actually handled the trailer and trike really well. I got up to 75mph, and there was no sway at all, looks like I got just enough tongue weight.. And seeing that I don't drive like a meatball, I give myself plenty of time to slow down..

I love these threads and tired of the gas prices in this country. I have dreams of a GMC 5 cyl. Canyon with a small trailer. Over 25 miles to the gallon with that set up (we have 3-4 to haul usually). If the terrain and weather permited I'd love to have a small Chevy cargo van with a v-6, that would be the ultimate for me and the kids. Tank's has the ticket right there though. Beats my 10 miles to the gallon rig. But the bad roads here limit what is safe to haul with.
