i found this engine thats already got automatic cvt with engine breaking system(whatever that is) and i was wondering how i could change that to a manual tranny.

not likely. CVT stands for Constant Variable Transmission, it uses a belt between two pulleys that expand and contract depending on the speed of them thereby getting bigger or smaller to allow for the variable gearing. The motor itself only has one output speed. The one thing you could do is a Harley type setup by replacing the CVT pully with a fixed one to a belt driven motor cycle transmission that has a normal clutch and gears, those usually have a chain or driveshaft output. Alot more work than its worth really IMO

thanks, i'll keep looking... finding a diesel engine with tranny for this is a lot harder than i thought...
