For my area, it's priced right on. I've seen rougher ones for more but not anything any nicer for less. Sounds like he's open for offers. If you get him down a little it would be a good buy, if it's as good as it looks and the description is accurate. With the new OEM parts coming with it, I would try to get it for $2500 but would be willing to go all the way to asking price if I had to. My opinion is based on the pictures and description being accurate and the parts being new OEM. For that money I'd want to check compression, test ride and for everything to work.
