Someone buy this $400 dollar running/riding Tri-z

A guy posted this ad this morning, Its located just north of atlanta. I called the guy it isnt a scam he really has the bike, I left this morning to go buy it and drove over a muffler on I-85N, I got two flat tires so now my 400 bucks has to buy new tires and No Tri-z... damn i was so close to owning it i could taste it..
