I think he used to be a member, or still is.. He had that one and 2 others for sale on Craigslist for a long time. I contacted him about the one in the ebay auction twice while it was on craigslist with no answer.

The tank cover looks to be a CEET cover, but some of the snaps aren't snapped. The others look loose. The one on my 84 I had to knot up the straps to make them tighter to fit the tank better.
