The seller has only made claim to 5 of these being running motors!! That leaves 18 motors in an unknown state...

Way to much gamble factor for an opening bid of $1700..in my opinion. I would bet that this auction would fetch $500-600 if allowed to open without reserve. Too much risk for most bidders to buy @ $75/motor to open!

Cool indeed..I just contacted the seller to ask if it's in the original packaging. Toys are very collectable and later on will be worth much more if still in it's packaging..

The seller is from my home town.... might have to pay a visit.... but yeah, I pay WAY less than $75/motor at my local junkyard.
