That is definately a very interesting bike. It looks like it has alot of Honda 200x parts on it? I'm not quite sure what is going on there.

Yea, looks like a 200x tank and 200x swingarm and shock

The frame also looks pretty similar to a 200X. I'm going to go out on al imb here and say it's a 200X with a KX engine in it.

Asked for the VIN # so we will see what it is...

It might have some neat history to it, if we knew what the"district 27 champion" meant. It might just be a local racer, wish someone could tell us. Is definately kinda cool.

I think the rear brake parts are from a Tecate. The frame is definitely 1983 200x with a lot of cutting and welding. The motor looks to be a KX125 engine. The 83-84 KX250 engine and the 84-85 KXT250 engines had the clutch arm on the left side of the motor. Looking at the water pump parts it looks to be an 82-84 kx125 motor. Seeing as the 84 kx125 was the first kx125 with an aluminum kickstarter,my money is that the motor is 1984 kx125. The pipe and silencer are stock 84 KX125 parts.

It's definately a kx 125 engine(you can see how the cylinder is bolted down from the middle in the picture with the carb and the carb seems to sit higher then the top of the cylinder).

Are those the all highly sought after low pro 200x rear fenders on there?

This reminds me of that kx 80 quad that popped up not too long ago with the jp racing or Klemm decals...

The seller replied to me saying it's a 100% custom built frame, no VIN # and it's a 250 engine not a 125. Also says it's Kawasaki racing plastics and suspension setup.

I don't have any words to describe the sheer amazement I am in :rolleyes:

I cant tell if you guys are being sarcastic . I think it was built with a hammer and a hacksaw and welded with a bic lighter and a crayon .

While it is crude, Its still an old school build. Still neat in its own way.

I like it . I was thinking the guy claimed it to be some double throw down race deal . I like odd and old stuff . I emailed Antique Acheology to have those guys from American Pickers go check it out .

Is it extended or just a stock 1983 200x swingarm. It is either "old school" cool or a cobble up piece, I am not sure yet.
