The Obama administration took a poll, and found that by and large, only the children of republicans can afford motorcycle's and OHV's, so he repealed the law. He wants republican children to die of lead poisoning and ATV related accidents!

And I'm kinda sorta half serious too... This is how these left wing socialists think!
