help with my 82 honda atc 110

hey guys i have a 1982 honda atc110,im having problems with it,i just put rings in it and i put it back together and now i cant get it to start...i know for a fact that the crank and the cam timing are correct,i think its has something to do with the spark advance timing or something with the CDI,i dont really know how all that works because im getting gas and im getting spark just no combustion...and i dont know what else to do,so if any of yall know anything please let me know.

Make sure the dots are lining up on the spark advancer , if you pulled it apart when removing it you had a 50% chance of putting it back correct LOL .
