LMAO, ya that's what it looks to me, pointed to the front mudflap.
ok, here is some issues i can see from looking at the pics:
1) Not OEM Spec Eshaust
2) Plastics in Rough Shape, mainly around the Engine
3) No Headlight
4) Needs at least one new tire possibly (Front)
5) Needs a Brake Cable
6) Seat looks like it's been recovered, poorly it looks to me but that's just me, god only knows what it's like under the new covering
that's all i can see at the moment other then it say's 1970s when the first YTM125 was sold in 1980, only way it's from the 70's is if it was one of the first made in 1979 and sold as a 1980 model or something? Guy's asking $350 O.B.O For it, i offered $30 cause i can sell something to get the $30 plus it would cost a bit for the front tire, Brake Cable and the other stuff it needs.
Edit: Plus it looks a little small for a big guy like me, it May be ok for my brothers wife or for my Neice when she gets to upgrade from her tri zinger that she don't ride that often seeing as how it at her aunts house and she don't go over there that often.

It has potential, but he would have to come down some more. Rear fender has been cut down along the sides. But I gotta tell you, the 82 and later yt125s are way better than the 80-81 yt 125s. The 80-81 models have some parts that are particular to them only. Also, you don't really want to swap a 175 top end onto the 80-81 125 as they are weaker in several areas. You can't really put the Pro Tec rear suspension kits on the 80-81 yt125 either as the area around the rear bearing carrier and the rear bearing carrier is different than the 82 and later yts. The shifter linkage on the 80-81 yt125s is really weak. The 80 and 81 really are really inferior to the 82 and later models. Just my opinion as I had an 80 yt125 and bought a sad 82 yt175 just so I could put the Pro Tec kit on it. The 82 and later 125s all have interchangable parts and are way sturdier built in many respects and can easily switch yt175 top ends.

just wondering but why do you think it's worth so much? here is some issues i can see from looking at the pics: 1) Not OEM Spec Eshaust 2) Plastics in Rough Shape, mainly around the Engine 3) No Headlight 4) Needs at least one new tire possibly (Front) 5) Needs a Brake Cable 6) Seat looks like it's been recovered, poorly it looks to me but that's just me, god only knows what it's like under the new covering. that's just that i know of, there may be more than that.

got this reply back:

then don t bother me.

What would you guys Pay for this? the guy wants around $300 for the 198? 125 Trimoto and i just found a 1984 175 Trimoto in a lot better shape for $500 so i say he would have a hard time selling it unless he goes down on the price a lot. to me and maybe to others, a $50 Parts bike is all this might be.

Maybe $100 at most, but the worst is that lawn mower muffler grafted on the headpipe, which I think would be really bad and destructive to the engine.
