Uhh....what is so funny about that? I just put a new powerband in both of my dirtbikes. They run MUCH better now. Powerbands are real homeboy. Edelbrock makes a super powerband, they only cost 40 bucks, adds at LEAST 20 horsepower. Look for them.

Is a power band like a super strong elastic band, the more you wind it up the faster the bike goes??????????????????????????

there is no product called a "powerband" but there are many things you can do to change your powerband. most 2 strokes have a powerband. some 4 strokes do but its rare. take a bike start it in 2 or 3 gear, take off slowly then before you get moving too much open it up. you should go a few feet then youll feel a suden surge in power. some bikes will bring the fron wheel off the ground, others you cant even notice. diffrent modds will affect where this suden ugre of power comes at in the rpm's.

Its a power curve. affected by camshaft profile and fueling, all race engines have it due to valve overlap at low revs.
Turbo'd engines have a similar problem, caused by the rotor not spinning quickly enough at low revs.
