got a 84 250r n i need 2 know whats interchangable.

Hi guys n girls im sure lol. My names joe. Im loojkin 4 a bit of info on a few things 4 a 250r now im not new @ wrkin on hondas n yamahas n thing but as 4 whats intetchangable i know certain things r. I need to know what exhaust/head pipe will fit on that. Or at least something i can use as a base.

First of all, you may want to stop "texting". It's completely up to you, but there are members here who will not reply to "texted" writing. Just my .02, it's up to you how you want to write.

As far as interchangeability, interchanging from what? Pipes are machine specific, so the only pipe you could use on an 84 R would be a pipe from an 83 or 84 R, as those machines are the same.

250rs are in generations. 81 82, 83 84, and 85 86. Most of th stuff within one generation will intchange with another, but not outside of their own.

I read fabio's bash on the versus. Ha ha ha im aware of the 85 and 86 being water cooled and the carbs sane size on 81-82 and so on up through the years. I was told that they were based on cr's. Im sure fabio would of new. Thanks fabio. One question are you a real trailer park boy? Ha um just pickin thanks man.
