200M question!!!

you guys think my 200m will have any problem pulling 28" vampire edls they are 28x10-12 (they measure a tad short tho) and they weigh 38 lbs a piece i dnt see it having any problem but i jus wanted to ask yalls opinion

It'll roll 'em, but that's an awful lot of tire for that machine. It was never designed for tires of that size and weight. I'd expect some premature bearing wear. Are you changing the gearing? I'm sure it won't steer all that well.

i was gnna leave the gearing the same if it will pull them fine im gonna run the 28s in the rear and stick with a 25 up front

yea i jus checked and the edls only weigh 10 more pounds per tire than the stock carlisle turfbusters so i aint too worried bout it

You are going to have to regear, 10lbs more per tire plus three inches taller and huge lugs compared to stock. I bet you could push it through any mud hole that you want, cuz it sure won't go through with you on it. Pack the lugs and rims with 20 lbs of mud. I rode last summer with two guys on trikes with big mud tires, without low range they were useless but when in low they sure went through the holes.

the rims im gettin are that new sti slik kote where mud wnt stick to them as much so that takes away part of the problem does anybody have any suggestions on my regearing?

I have EDL's on my foreman I weighed them before I mounted them and they weighed 42lb each. If you have any worn parts in your drivetrain the EDL's will find them for you.

yea i believe it they are purdy bad tires i use to run some on the back of my recon i love them tho if they dont get u out they jus dig u deeper and make the story twice as good haha

You're definitely going to have to change the gearing, this much is for sure.

I'd make sure your chain is brand new as well.

It sounds a bit excessive to me, but to each their own.
