If you break it down a little UPS should take it. I used to use bike boxes to ship outboard gearcases and it worked great. If you have a bike store nearby they will probably give you a box for free.

There's a lot to be said for style. Today, there is way too much of the computer designed, ovoid, jelly bean, cookie cutter, function over form thinking. Look into the past and you will see so much that was designed to appeal to the eye.....something that has been forgotten all too long ago.......

UPS should take that with no problem complete. I've seen Frames bigger then that they take. Handling fee might be $5-$15 bucks though.
