My First Truck!!

im 16 and my dad owns a mechanic shop and his truck showed up and the guy didnt want it so i bought it!
Its a 1995 GMC 1500 4x4 its standard long box, reg cab and has roughly 285,000 i would have to check but its around that area

I BOUGHT IT FOR $300 AND IT RUNS AND DRIVES!! I BOUGHT IT WITH MONEY I HAVE FROM SELLING TRIKES
Not bad for my first truck and atleast i can haul my trikes

Sounds like a good deal. Whatever you do, if the transmission shifts fine DO NOT change the transmission fluid. I can pretty much guarantee the tranny will blow if you do.

Those 10 bolt rear ends are very week. Don't be surprised if you have to change it out at some point. There are plenty of them around though, and they are cheap.

Overall pretty good trucks though. Good luck!

thats a good truck to start with , you can always upgrade later when needed , if it aint broke dont fix it , enjoy :D
