Hi, I just got an 85 ATC 70 and noticed the pullstarter housing was shimmed out with washers. After further investigation and removing it,I noticed that the housing is not as wide as my other ATC 70's.It actually rubs on the inside rotor/cage and that is why it was shimmed out.Did they make 2 different width housings??I always assumed all the pull starters were the same on the atc 70. Thanks for any info.

ANYBODY????? I'm completely stumped on this. The housing is a good 1/4 narrower than my pullstarter off my COMPLETELY origanal '83 atc 70.

I believe the 1973-74 model atc70 were the thinner recoil .

Thanks Shortline10 for the pullstart info. You have some sick bikes.I'm very interested in the 110's.I have 2 at the moment.1 is a completely original '82 and the other will be a racer that I am currently collecting parts for.I am very interested in talking with you about a big bore stroker.AlsoqI just acuired 2 S90's.I heard the cams in these bikes are little more agressive than the stock 90 110.I was hopeing to fit the manual clutch 90 motor into the 110 frame but the mounts are different witch i'm sure you already know.
