Just got ahold of my first 350x from Kitchener On, trucked all the way to Martensville Sk. Looked like a great bike and seller sounded genuine, however thats not what i got, took a risk and now ive got a big project on my hands. Any idea where i can get gussets or a template to make some myself to repair the frame? Broke first in the obvious left side rear of engine, then lower left mount broken and both front mounts broken, not sure how this bike stayed together.

That's kind of a bummer about the broken frame, good luck with it.

If you got a grinder and some 3/16" plate you can make some of your own gussets, I make stuff like that all the time for my jeep. It just takes some more time to massage them into place and to get a perfect fit rather than burning purchased ones into place. Post some pics of the cracks if you can.

some pics, first is bike on kijiji, once received fenders painted green all chipped away looking terrible, tank painted black poorly, rh hand guard missing, so i got mad looking at the green and blasted it red for period of time till i get around to overhauling the whole bike. Will make gussets once frame repaired was hoping to get a template from a full member but unable to reply to his post due to being a new member status still

Ouch - broken motor mounts, too. Wow.

It'll be worth it when it's done, though!

Hey bud, thats super shitty. I've travelled crazy distances for trikes, its always a risk. But, if you wanna ride out BC way sometime. let me know i have some awesome riding terrain.
