185s ownership

I have had my 1983 185s for about 6 years, which didn't come with an ownership, how can I get one? I don't know who owned it.

I had similar situation. I took my ATC to the local title bureau. They did a minor inspection and then issued me a title. The whole process took about 30 minutes and cost about $30. Please note this was in Ohio.
