Found an '85 350 X that runs, but needs brakes (front master is broken and rear is gone) and is in bad shape cosmetically. Fenders and seat are there, but beat up. What might this actually be worth? 600?? Thanks.

Will try to post some pics when I get them. Just trying to figure out if that price is even in the ballpark before driving 75 miles to have a closer look (got one poor quality pic - asked for some more prior to me making the trip over there). Am I better off just waiting and spending more $$ on something that needs less work? (I don't mind replacing brakes though- not a big deal). Thanks.

:Da compression test would be nice too. if the compression is good ,the frame isn't cracked or bent ,the case damaged near the sprocket, and the forks are good ,axle not bent????then cosmetics is not the priorty ? the price might be flexible a little .test ride all gears , smoke??? good luck I scored a 350X once for 125$ not running best 125$ i ever spent

A trike is only worth what it is worth to you. If you think it's worth $600, well then that's what it's worth. If you wouldn't pay $600 for it, then it's really not worth it to you. Either way, you will have to pay some money either to find a nicer one, depending on your location or pay money later to fix up all the trikes problems. Like anything used, it could blow up on your first ride. Whatever you buy, buy a shop manual and make sure to have a helmet. Good luck on what you decide.
