86 200x rear brake conversions

i just bought a 86 honda 200x needs rear brake all it has at the moment is the pedal and the braked on the rear end i can find rotor for a good price but i need to figuure out what master cylinder will fit of off another bike do the cr 80 master cylinders work and if so what years will fit the 86 200x.

check out the 2001-2007 KAWASAKI KX85 rear master cylinder/caliper. thats what I'm running on my 85 200x. Running cr 80 for the front master cylinder/caliper for the front.

Do you have on on you 86 200x was there anything you had to change or did you use the whole set up from the bike i had a few people say the front brake caliper of of a cr 80 would fit the rear of a 86 200x but wasnt sure about the master cylinder

the cr 80 front caliper fits the rear of the 200x and the kx85 rear caliper fits for the front.
