I bought this clock that had a cheap plastic tire around it for the shop. When I opened the box the tire was already broken away from the clock face. I remembered I had a OHSTU tire that the sidewall was split on from my 70 and said what the heck, might as well recycle a little. I think it looks OK. The original plastic tire is under the clock.

The clock itself is from a popular box store called Canadian Tire ($20.00). Any clock that has a lip around the face could be used. I simply traced the outside diameter, got out a very sharp exacto knife and made it work. I used a bead of clear silicone to make it stick. I've received a few compliments from visitors already.
