new carb wont start

OK i just replaced the carb on my 200s and now It wont start at all. Any thoughts?

Did you replace it with the same kind of carb and all set ups the same? Are you getting fuel to it?

Did you clean it before you put it on?
Check the float level?
Check the needle & seat?
Mixture screw settings?
Pilot and main jets clean?
Gas flowing?
Gas in tank?
Getting spark?
Kill switch on?

Where did the carb come from?

The new carb is an ISO Performance from ebay the old one is a KEI HIN. I did not clean it its new. I was under the impression I could just bolt it on and go (silly me). It is getting gas and spark. Man this is Pi**ing me off and my arm is getting sore I wish it had an electric start!

got it! After messing with the idle screw i finally got it runnin.
