Damn Murph,,thanx for sharing!!! Classy stuff! ALL of it ! Stone stock 2008 Saturn Outlook 8 passenger, and new leftover stone stock 2009 Sierra Z71. HATE it !!! Love the Outlook, hate the truck. I had bought my Mom and Dad a new 2003 Silverado SS for retirement,,my son backed it into a rock wall on ice. Runs and drives, but totalled. 28000 one owner miles. Insurance check Almost paid for this 09 hunk of crap. And I bought my SS back,,she's awaiting a new bed and a week of body and paint.. Anyhow,,I did the Hopped up IROC Z thing in the 80's,Vette in the 90's. Lifted 4x4 showtrucks in the 90's. No excuses,,,but 10 folks in the home now.. Other irons burning way hotter than nice rides for me these days.. VERY nice stable!

The SRT-4 is the only vehicle I purchased new, and I got it for 19,500 because I got an employee discount from a buddy. I've addeed about 5000.00 in upgrades since. The Grand Cherokee I literally stole for 23,000 3 years ago. It was traded in to a carmax, but would not pass emissions due to the headers/Cam and ported heads the PO installed, so they auctioned it off and a place called Exotic Motors picked it up, but could not sell it as the check engine light would come on every 70 miles. I picked it up and installed some spacers (Spark plug Anti Foulers)on the Rear O2 sensors, and bam no more codes. Just cruises through the smog test now. I year later it broke a valve spring catastrophically and dropped a valve destroying the piston and tearing up the block. That is when I put the Scat stroker crank in it I've got about 3500.00 tied up in the motor upgrades, so the total investment is about 30,000 including the hood, wheels etc.. I have about 10,000 invested in the Wrangler over the last 9 years I've owned it, and I'm up to ~ 7000.00 in the Ram. So Far I've got ~ 2500.00 in the wagon. I have a total of 75000 invested over the last 8 years. I know a guy that spent pretty much that much on his King Ranch Super Duty alone (Dealer installed lift and 33" Tires), and he can't figure out how I have all these rides, while he is struggling to build a quad?

My daily driver is a crappy blue 90 Honda Civic wagon - now with 200000 miles. It cost $600, gets 35mpg, and I can put an ATC70 in the back:
137030
137031
137033
137032

Once a week I drive the stalker van (97 Ford E250) to keep it ready for hauling ATCs. No picture other than the back (with 3 ATCs in it) but it looks like every other white Ford van built in the last 19 years:

137029

I drive these purely for entertainment althought I'd drive the Chevelle daily if it wasn't a family heirloom (only in the family for 41 years and 600000 miles...):

My Daily Driver is a 2006 Chevy Express 3500, it is a company truck with company gas, company insurance, company repairs, and I get to drive it home.

So the nice thing is I don't have to drive my stuff every day, the bad thing is I don't GET to drive my stuff every day. At least my wife gets to enjoy them lol

I think they made an 82 also. They were true 750's. In 86 They had to make them 700's for that embargo thing.

The 750 was a V 45 and the 1100 was the V 65. It runs pretty good. I just ride it. My buddy has a V 65 with 45K on it.

My daily driver is a 97 silverado with 159,xxx miles on it, runs and drives like a dream. The wife's daily is an 04 Jeep cherokee limited edition with all the bells and whistles. And then there's my latest project that taking my trike building money. A 1970 Buick Skylark. Bought it from the original owner back in the spring and replaced all the essentials so I could cruise it for the summer. Going to start a complete tear down and restoration next month.

I pulled 520 at the wheels on an AWD Dyno. 1/4 mile was 11.20 @ 115 MPH The SRT-4 did 415 HP at the wheels and has a best of 11.50 @ 128 MPH (Obviously traction limited...this was on street tires, I am sure with some slicks I would be in the 10.80 range as I only had the waste gate set at 20 Lbs, and It will boost to 26 Lbs with the big wheel in the Stage 3 housing, and I was NOT using the HOM) I love the new Rams and if I was not so deep in my Ram project I'd seriously be looking for one to put the Ram Runner kit on. I still see one in my future, after the 99 is finished.

I was getting all ready to throw some pics of my rides up here when I read the title until I saw your rides Murf. Jesus Christ man, you've got some rigs!

I love em all, but the SRT4 caught my eye. My buddy had one about two years ago and I made fun of him when I saw it, until we went for a ride that is! Unbelievable cars they are, if you can keep them together. From what I've seen it can be a challenge to keep them from self destructing, but still an unbelievably fast car!

Now I'm not even going to bother putting any pics of my stuff up!

They are actually very robust cars, the problems arise when 18 year olds start modding them lol There are quite a few on the SRT-4 boards with 100K miles on stock bottom ends and over 300HP at the wheels. The bottom ends have proven reliable to over 500 HP. I am probably jinxing myself here, but I have never broken down or had a problem with my car since day one. The ONLY time it ever went to the dealer for repair is when the factory Autometer boost gauge crapped out. It has ~60K miles on it and I changed the brake pads for the first time last spring and only because I installed some cross drilled rotors and Hawk pads I won at an autocross event. The stock pads were less than 1/2 worn. Same with the clutch and tans I went through them because I was building the motor and had it apart. The clutch still grabbed well (I was running the stage 3 turbo since 20K miles on it with 350 HP at the wheels). My one regret (That I am going to fix this winter) is removing the balance shafts and running solid motor mounts. It has developed a few rattles from the vibes. I am going back to stock motor mounts. since I strapped the block when I removed the balance shafts. If I turn up the fuel and Boost the block/head is capable of 600HP and It still gets driven nearly daily by my wife or myself and gets 32 MPG on the highway.

We were by no means easy on his car, and I'm no stranger to fast cars and beating on them. I've had my Mustang for over 10 years and it's not super fast but it is fast enough to raise hell and have fun.

I drag raced my buddy in the SRT4 with my Stang and smoked him. The only reason for that was traction. He would just spin, spin, spin. If he could bite he'd walk all over my car naturally aspirated. I drove that SRT on the highway and romped it. I hadn't even tach-ed out fourth gear and things started to blur. I looked down and we were going about 130. There were plenty of other cars on the highway too so I let out of it quick. My Mustang doesn't pull half that hard on the highway. It wouldn't even be a race. I was so used to flooring it on the highway with my Mustang so I was doing the same with his car. It got up wayy faster than mine does. Lol.

I took it apart a year ago to do a blower install. I got a Tremec TKO, MSD BTM, trailing arms, etc, etc. I've got all the stuff to put it together. Just gotta get my ass in gear.

Neons have always intrigued me since I had a simple stocker for a month as a rental.

That little neon saw a month of floor shifts and jumps and took it all with a smile. Not to mention they are faster than they have a right to be, even nonboosted.

Just riding an 05 scion xb with 210k on the dash now. Which is for sale. Zuki sidekick soon. Motor has 60-80k on it after water/armadillo cracked stock block. Has been bulletproof car. It's been to 38 states or so.

If you have a true 700 Ft-Lbs of torque I would run a Dana 70 or GM 14 bolt. For example when Dodge put the V-10 in the Ram they dumped the Dana 60 in favor of the 70, as well as with the Cummins. The 14 bolt is nice because they are hella strong cheaper than the Danas and offer more ground clearance to boot. AAM axles from late model Dodge trucks are very strong as well, I was surprised how much beefier the Power Wagon axles were than the Dana 60 (F) and Dana 70 (R) that were in my truck.
