Hows it going guys,I am new to the 3ww forums but some may know me from other forums.Just bought a running 1984 tecate 3 on Thursday night and today it had a babie(atleast thats what I told the wife, haha). I picked up another 1984 t3 today with a locked motor. Both are not in the greatest shape but there is enough for me to build atleast one nice one with some cleaning, powder coating/painting, and some much needed tlc.Plus I will have a parts supply.I have not owned or ridden a trike for 12 years or so and can't wait to get on one again.I love my 2 strokes and own quite a few other machines.Don't get to excited about the pics as these are rough.A little time and money and we should have a nice t3 again, maybe two someday.

Thanks guys. Ordered a few parts,so far a few new intake boots, clutch cable, air filter. I wish I could see all the posts and info on this forum but I guess it takes awhile for them to open up? Anyone have a online manual for the T3 A1? Looking to get hub sizes etc so i can get some rims and tires ordered.

Welcome! nice start with those bikes, always loved the old Tecates! Heres some info below for you about hubs that I found by searching. -----
If your bike is an 84 it has the 4/4 or 4/101mm pattern. If you want or need 4/156 you need 85 Tecate hubs which will work on your axle and are 4/156. Or you can buy 85 KLF185 rear hubs which will fit on your (13 spline) axle and are 4/110 which is a lot easier and cheaper to find wheels for.

I ordered one off of ebay and downloaded it into my computer, then sent it to another member and he did the same. Started a T3 chain manual and if you want I can see if the guy that is getting it now will mail it to you. Just autograph it and send it to the next guy wanting it!

Sounds good. Let me know on those rides. I go to North Carolina atleast once a year to ride,NH is much closer. I should have this t3 done right after winter.I need to as the drag quad needs it's normal attention before race season.Do you guys stay local also? I know they are getting harder but I still have some sweet local spots.

Hey guys from MA where do you ride in NH? Public or private land? I have been to Amonoosuc trail/ millsfield pond/jericho-success pond/and North Stratford. The new Jericho MTN park and town of Berlin is really making an effort to be ATV freindly, I try to visit frequently and support the cause. They do let you ride in town to fuel up and ride to success pond trail on the other side of town. This is about the best "system" I have found in the NE. Is there better up there?
I have also been to ME and had fun but many trails are local tribal knowledge only...I happened to be with one when I went, Not really public but everyone was freindly..? I'm sure there is a lot to ride but not documented.
