Finished up this puppy this morning. I use the backhoe to get the bulk of it done but it's so damn old and huge (18K pounds!!) that you can't see the front bucket. So I end up using a Bobcat to finish it up. It's looking much better out here now - every jump was a bit too steep for the 250R as I was overjumping everything so I dropped them down a bit but added some length to them so you can land without getting MOSHED!!!! Soon as I get set I'll post some action pics. CYA

Yes having a track in your backyard is nice - however, it took nearly five yrs to get to this point. Started with shovels and taking tree stumps out with my Toyota truck until the hook ripped out of the frame! Then renting an occasional Bobcat and jumping out every 5 minutes to seperate the rocks and stumps and twigs from the pile. Then I would load my truck with as many rocks as I could pick up and dump them in one place until I broke a leaf spring. Then I saved up for a POS backhoe that leaked 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid A DAY! Spent thousands fixing most of the cylinders and then rebuilding the head only to snap off the bucket on a rock the size of TEXAS!!! No one until muddytrikegirl came along ever offered to help with this track but sure would like to ride on it! I do the opposite of everyone else ATV or ATC's only - NO DIRTBIKES!!! Only because they rut the hell out of all the lips on the jumps and I have to fix it!!! And last now that I'm finally done or 80% completed I'm out of dirt, money and the time to enjoy it - I do the best I can!

It sucks nobody helps you but yet expect to ride on it. I would hand them a shovel. Where did you get all the dirt to begin with? Dig a big hole in your neighbors front yard?lol.

Hey NOS - Thats sweet! Any track is good to have but yours looks to have some good size leaps!!
Where did I get the dirt?? Well my neighbor had to move 11 - 10 wheelers out of his backyard and gave them to me and then I had a 200 foot long berm across the front of my property from when it was bulldozed in the 1960's - I must have gotten 5 - 18 wheelers full out of that and at the same time improved the look of my property. You reall can't imagine how much dirt it really takes - that one tabletop is probably 1 and a 1/2 18 wheelers full of fill.

the large tabletop (on the far right) is large enough i can do a superman off of it. then on the far left out of the pic, is a long rythem/whoops section. most people take it as a rythem, but i go so fast and got it down pact i just skim over everything.

Admittingly I'm still getting use to the 250R and the rain and temps haven't helped me get much time in - I did realize that 3 of my jumps were WAY to big for the 250R so I lowered the lips down and lengthened them out a bit - like the table top I first posted, it originally was a steep jump about 8 feet tall and had a large drop off the back but it's now lowered and about 40 feet long. I have no action shots of the 250R yet but here is my lovely and wonderful fiance' Muddytrikegirl giving a jump a try. It's so hard to get the dam camera to take the picture at the right time but she launched herself just fine.

Yes she is one in a million - loves to ride trikes or quads and doesn't have her nose up at anyone, she would do anything for me. Divorced the first dam useless B-I-T-C-H and got lucky the second time around - there is hope guys!!!!
