200s running rich

can anyone help me just got a 200s needed a carb so bought one off eBay And no matter where adjust it its running rich could it be outta time

i doubt it would be out of time it may need new rings or valve seals but if its not smoking to bad or fouling plugs i wouldn't worry about it

ahh there is the problem the ebay carbs, if it was one of the 35$ ones it is hit or miss they may say kehein, but they are not original, there are acouple of threads on them that you cant see yet or haven't looked for in trikeslvania

Check the main and pilot jets you have and check for any vacuum leaks
