Hello Fellas!
I just recently dug out my dad's old Honda Big Red ATC250ES from being burried in the shed for the last 10 years! I just Bought a house in Tabernacle, NJ and there are some Local trails I can ride to right from driveway so I figured I'd get this old beast up and running again and have some fun with it. I rode it for years in the woods and it was used as a drag race pit vehicle until it got retired and replaced with a custom build golf cart instead. I decided to reserect it since I always had a blast riding it around as a kid. Surprisingly after a fluid flush, carb cleaning and rebuild, it fired right up on the first kick (battery is dead for electric start). Unfortunatley when I try to go WOT it sputters and bogs so I've got some work cut out for me. Other than that it needs a tire, a battery, and some cosmetic fixes and It should be ready to hit the trails! I also recently a bought an 02 Honda 300ex so the GF and I can go riding together. I'm looking forward to get this antique of an ATV up and running!
