1985 honda 250 sx rear rack accesories?

My rear rack has 4 threaded holes on the back of the rack. 2 on each side. I was just wandering what kind of accesories bolt on here and how can I fing out?

it got me curious so i searched a bit, but haven't found anything. i doubt this, but maybe reflector mounts?

What is the story with the hitch. It doesn't look like the hitch on my 85 250 es. Nice clean ride btw.

Its just one I ordered so I could do yard work and so my bolt holes don't fill up with dirt and rust out..I'll get OEM hitch someday!!
