i have problem with the carb on my atc 70, it runs for 2 seconds and stalls. it seems like it is running out of gas but, it has plenty of gas, i just replaced the gas lines and both jets are clear. any thing im missing?

Is your air screw set correctly? Did you check the gas flow out of the petcock? Just thinking out loud

if you think your float is stuck or there is a vapor lock between the gas line and the carburetor, open up the drain screw
at the bottom of your carburetor, then turn the gas on. If your float isnt stuck gas will pour out of the petcock at the bottom
and you will know that you have gas in the carb. And if it overflows after you turn in the drain screw the float is stuck open.
Good Luck!
