Went riding today and i saw something today that made me realize HOW IMPORTANT YOUR HELMET is!!!!! we had just started riding and have to travel the backtop for about 6 blocks, there were 4 of us nobody wore there helmet we raced down the road and the 400 ex and a 250R rubbed tires at about 60mph and the 400ex turned over on top of my buddy sliding him down the road under his machine bad wreck 40 stitches on his forhead and the back part of his head road rash down the side of his face and the tip of his nose gone and a broken colar bone. HELMET: the most important piece of safty equipment ever made!
