do a search for alt only a couple models and no race trikes

Suzuki did not build anything like the atc250r, the tri z or the tecate, but there were suzuki race trikes. The race trikes used custom aftermarket frames and dirtbike engines, but, there were suzuki race trikes. Not many though.
