I am working on a 5br house for icefest. the price for the weekend is 345.00 (up to 6 people)with a 400.00 security deposit. it is 10.00 for additional people past six. it is a decent location although on the oppisite side of the lake from raffa it is directly acrossed from him. The security deposit is returned upon checkout (if all goes well) If you have any questions feel fre to ask,If you are interested in a room please PM me. I will update as the rooms are taken. If you wanna know how much it is,I cant tell you until a total count of people is made. but a couple could spend the weekend for about 75-80 bucks.
