as interesting as this is it looks like everyones just seeing it pass by, i would snatch that setup in a heartbeat as much as i would a short track tank if the finances were in my favor. id believe a destroked R would be a blast to ride, with the correct tuning it'd be able to turn some high revs and put some pretty good power to the ground

The thing is, it's cool for what it is. It was really cool in its' day for racing in the 200 class, but the 200 class is long gone as far as I know. So, it makes a real neat shelf piece. People have tiger 200 stuff, but why even install it in a trike. The owner/builder knows for sure. Unless you are racing and have to tech out, it really doesn't make any difference. Most people running 250s are running bigger bores and strokes and some both, so why worry about 200cc??????

I bet it would, I don't know if I would want to ride it much. there were some people on here that had full 200r racers, specific pipe, custom seat, how he modified the tranny and other touches. I doubt they even rode the thing. If I had the money, I would buy it, put it in a bike, get a nearly new short track kit, hunt for mugen forks and shock, do a restore on it and let it sit for my kids and grandkids to look at. I don't have the money for a bike that I won't ride. I ride my bikes and ride them hard.

The exaust port looks square and does not ramp up to the top of the cylinder like the other Selvy 200 kits I have seen. It definitly is not a stock 250R cylinder either. Look at Buster's 200
