Totally stripped down and sand blasted,powder coated and new bolts where needed.Also rebuilt top end and brand new seat foam and cover.Just waiting for my new Hondaline headlight guard to arrive:cool:138680138681138682138683138684138685

Pretty big difference Looks good.

Just need to redo the back rims still from what I can see and get a seat

That's the old seat,got brand new seat foam/cover for it now and the rear rims are done,thanks

Who did your powder coating for you?....Chicago Powder Coatings in Ashton under Lyne UK.Was just going to powder coat frame and swing arm first and paint everything else myself but after seeing the finish on the frame I thought sod it they can do all the metal work,only thing I painted was the rear axle holder and hubs:D

Looks great Budd!

Tank decals on plastic tanks will not stay on very long though. Gas vapours soak through the tank.

Was it expensive?Frame,swing arm,headlight guard,both racks,foot rest and engine mounts £80 well cheap:D
