83 110 header pipe

Hi does anyone have an extra 83 110 header pipe?? the collare broke off mine and now it won't sit tight to the cylinder, or any easy fix for this? it's my kids as you can see so have to get it fixed back up for him

He rides it hard as you can see in the pic lol, I was out looking at it and i think i might have an aftermarket muffler and pipe on it because it is all one peice and different then the one in my service manual so might need a header pipe and a muffler any thoughts?
