Well since i cant ask anyone on the regular forum for 2 months... i will ask it here. I am rebuilding a 250sx. So far it is completely torn down to the frame and i have rebuilt the rear end and axle. EVERY single bearing was toasted. I am going to paint the frame and swingarm blue. I was considering doing a 200x swap on the front end. I have seen many threads saying they did it, but none said whether or not the bearings in the triple tree were the same, and if all they had to do was make steer stops. also do you use 83-85 or 86-87 forks? Does the down tube on the frame just accept the fork? Any help with this would be great. I will post pics of the build. Also, looking to buy complete front end (brakes, hub, forks, trips, wheel) for 200x. If you got one, let me know. Ill do 125 for that setup. Thanks.

The 200x front end should be a direct swap. Uses stock 250sx bearings from what I recall. I know the 83-85 fit but I am not sure about the the 86-87.
