I took my tri-z out to ride, when I unloaded it off the truck premix poured out of the pipe, and it wouldnt start. Anybody ever encountered this?

Float stuck and flooded the crankcase?, when you kicked it it pushed the fuel into the pipe... turn your gas off when you aren't riding

The valves where off, there is a 1/4 tee by the feul pump I replaced with a random tee I found. Could this be my problem, is that tee supposed to be some kind of pressure relief valve. Had the carb rebuilt at Klemm and still have the same issues.

I would say its your fuel pump is bad, its pushing the gas into your crank case through the pulse line at the bottom of the cylinder! Once that happens there is no way too shut it off other then draining the gas from the tank! I just had that same issue two weeks ago.

Is there a rebuild kit, or new pump on the market.

Thanks, Curt

Thanks.
What about the "t" located at the back of the pump, anybody know if this is of importance?

yes it has importance,,,it has a specific size hole in it to,, let pressure back to the tank... it will over power your float if not installed.

negative.. and if you find one careful removing it,,, as they are brittle.. use a razor to cut the old hose off..
