Engine specifications

I'm new to the board and have searched around trying to find some info on different Honda motors. I've got a Honda engine from a garage sale that is new and looks as though it might fit an ATC200E but I'd like to find exactly what it is. Does anyone know where I could submit a engine number and find its build spec. TE08E-510746 Thanks

I believe you're missing a number.

If the first seven are correct...
