Need help, '99 Kawi Bayou 220....

Its a friends of mine, we beat on it pretty good over the summer, and now you have to run it with the choke on full 24/7 or else it wont run at all. Plus it idles to the freakin roof, so whenever you put it in gear it wheelies. Does it need a complete rebuild, or what???

Check the carb first. Sounds like you might have gotten some junk in it. My big red did that alot and so did my Bayou. I soaked it nicely and cleaned the jets. That should help you.........peace

Yep, of course this is assuming the air filter has been cleaned on a regular basis.
