found this on ebay what is it and how does it work 84 HONDA ATC250R 250R REAR CALIPER GAURD Item number: 290665027728 ebay find any answers would be great

It bolts to the rear carrie/swingarmr and protects the rear caliper/disc and chain/sprocket from a hit from the rear. Nice find.
