Do i need to find a pull start that works with a cable or can I:beer put a pull start on it that doesnt have a hole for the cable. All comments will be greatly appreciated.. also if anyone has a pull start for sale i can pay through paypal thank you

ok thanks for the reply, ive heard that the 200 pull start is compatible with the 185s. Is that just the 200s or can the 200es one work to?

i dont believe there is a 200es. just a 200, 200s, 200m and 200e. but all the pull starters will work.. but there is a 250es ( the best ) in my world good luck....

Correction, the 200 ES, 200M, and the 125 M have a different pull start. The 200, 200S and 200E will work for you.....

Ok thanks guys, i found a 82 185s that i could use for parts today so that should solve that problem. I never understand why the 1982 is called a 185s when it has no suspension.

The original ATC 185 came out in 1980 I think. It was bigger than the 185s and had 25x12x9 tires/wheels. It became the ATC 200.

The 185s came out in 81. It was smaller and lighter than the 185. It had 22x11x8 tires/wheels. Honda never confirmed but many think "s" = sport.

I have two 185/200s pull start assemblies for sale. My ad here expired but it's still up on org.

They could both use some time in the blasting cabinet and a coat of paint.
