I've been collecting parts to build myself a spare race quad it's a 2005' ATK 450 (CANNONDALE) with a 2006' KTM LC4 640 motor, so i thought i'd post a couple of pics! what do you think?

Very nice! I've got an 08 Outlaw with the RFS KTM 525 engine. Amazing bike. Yours has to be a beast!

Duuuuude I really dig it!!!! I've been wanting me a C-Dale for the longest time but they are veryhard to find arond me. Theres a port/polish, big bore, etc cannibal by me for 3800 but i dont have that kind of change lol

Ride report yet??????

Have a look on Cannondaleriders.com I bought it with a blown motor and had this motor already in the garage waiting for a cannondale!!

What do you think of my homemade air scoops?? they cost me £2 for the piece of ali from a scrap yard and a couple of hours work!

Would you have some better pics of the swap and what mods you did. I've followed 1 or 2 of these and I have a spare smc motor I want to either do this or have a custom trike frame built for it. The one main problem I've seen yours doesn't seem to have is the counter would hit the swing arm and needed a chain guide and wear surface on it because the angles didn't line up right. I am using an 06 625 smc engine these things are alsome beast's. I have a complete 625 smc street bike I love to ride too.

You can't get a full kick on it as it fouls on the heel guard, just used to rock it over tdc.

I don't know what you mean about the angles?? the chain doesn't excessively rub on anything, or on the factory chain guide!!
