starting a ground up build wanting suggestions on engine and pipe ! all i have in mind now is a blue frame and black plastics

what kind of riding do you plan on doing with it? What's your budget? Two big factors when putting a machine together.

i do a lot of trails but i also wanna have the power to drag race it occansionally and as far as budget there isnt one

I would suggest a Paul Turner Hi Rev if you can find one. I switch from a FMF and it pulls a lot harder from mid to top.

I would also try some boysen reeds, k&n air filter and re-jet the carb just for starters....

awesome and yes duncan still makes the paul turner pipe but ok thanks and im starting out with a bare frame and going from there
