red dust in the cdi?

What does it mean when theres alot of red dust in the cdi?

I've bought 2 Tecate's from the Oklahoma City, OK area and both bikes were pretty much covered inside and out with red dust from the dirt in that area. Is it possible it was just from use over the years?

On my 200x when I take the cdi cover off there is red dust in it .Its from rust from the timing advance when it gets moisture and rust .When you run it it get everywhere.

So theres nothing really to worry about, i cleaned it out the put the cover back on
