1985 Yamaha.. Good price?

I am looking at a 1985 Yamaha 200E that is in excellent shape, plastics have no scratches or any fade, tires are new, has a pipe on it. The bad is the clutch is out of it, so we think, what is a good price to pay for this?

start it and see if it smokes, if not even with a bad clutch I would still pay 200$ for it they are great machines, and if you do get it let me know I have a good clutch for cheap, I don't have the centrifugal clutch though
