Hello, I had a few posts about my new toy before the site crash...
However, I recently aquired a 83 yamaha that was slightly abused and sat in the Oregon rain for a few years. I had to replace my source coil and tore the gasket for the alternator/stator cover... Do I need a gasket for this cover or can I just use some rtv sealant? I suppose I could make a gasket out of gasket paper, but if rtv will work fine, then I would rather use that!
