Ordered new sprockets from one place and chain from D2Moto made to fit my wheeler. Have new sprockets installed and Attempting to put new chain on, but like about one link getting master link togeather. Loosened all four bolts and backed off on the adjustment nut. The adjustment nut has about another inch of play, but can't get the axle to move forward any more. Used lots of WD40 and even tried two bar clamps, one on each side of the axle. Any assistance would be appreciated!

take the 2 bottom bolts that hold the bearing carrier out, more than likely you are butting up against the end of the pathway that is there. Make sure to leave the top two bolts in, once you have the chain put together you will be able to put the bottom bolts back in and adjust your slack, if not then the chain is wrong and you will need to send it back.
