82' 185s no spark, wtf!?

I bought my 82 185s a few weeks ago that needed a lot of work. Replaced kill switch, coil and wire, plug, and wiring harness and still nothing. I'm about to burn this thing to the ground. Idk what else it could be. Ideas?

95% of the time its the stator located behind the flywheel .

how about the cdi, is it missing [ black box under gas tank ]. also check your pulse generator [ on side of head with 2 screws, looks like a round cap ]. sometimes red dust or a blown up pulse will make the bike not work. 2 little springs on it usually fall apart over time :(

the cdi box is plugged in, but ill check it with my volt meter. and ill open the cdi cover and check. thank you. if the starter was bad then wouldnt it start by push starting it?

if theres no spark coming out of the base then it could be the stator or pusler pick up coil, i had the pick up coil go before on both of my bikes

every atc that i've had no spark on, were the source coil in the stator, a pretty easy fix, and the coils are easy to come by
