Going to look at this Tri-Z,any advice?

Has a new top/bottom end,sleeve ect..Only a few hours on the engine.Rear shock needs a rebuild,more than likely forks need to be freshened up.Pretty straight,complete and mostly stock.Looking for a machine to restore and ride,and do a few mods on.Any thoughts on what it's worth,also any specifics to look for?

tippmann, this might be a dumb question, but why do you need to check the peg mount area?
